1. outline

He is the head of state of Sweden . The current king is Carl XVI Gustav of the Bernadotte dynasty .

In fact, he is only a king in words, and since 1975, even nominal authority has been limited. In the neighboring country of England, politics is in the form of the king's prerogative power being delegated to parliament , the cabinet, and the judiciary, and the king has symbolic final decision-making and command authority, but in Sweden, all authority necessary for state affairs is completely distributed to the cabinet and each ministry. At least, it has the authority to grant credentials to ambassadors dispatched to foreign countries , to receive credentials from foreign ambassadors dispatched to their country, and to award Nobel Prize winners.[1] Japan has a role in sealing the royal seal through national affairs. His authority is weaker than that of the Emperor , and Sweden is virtually a country where even if the royal family disappeared overnight, there would be no symbolic disruption to the administration of state affairs.

With the beginning of the Vasa dynasty, the lineage of the first dynasty, the Munsoe dynasty, ended, but from the Holstein-Gottorp dynasty, the lineage of both the Vasa dynasty and the Munsoe dynasty continued. Although the lineage was temporarily cut off during the Bernadotte dynasty, the lineage of the Vasa dynasty continued from the reign of Karl XV. Starting with Gustav VI Adolf, the lineage of the Holstein-Gottorp dynasty was mixed, and the lineage of both the Vasa dynasty and the Munsoe dynasty were inherited on the mother's side. • According to current royal norms, regardless of gender, only the eldest member of Carl XVI Gustav's immediate family inherits the throne, and succession to collateral family members is not recognized. Therefore, any descendant of Sophie of the Palatinate can inherit the throne.[11] I don't know the exact number of people, so I only have estimates.[12] Unlike the British royal family 's succession order, its members and relationships are very simple, with only 12 people. If 1) you were not born and raised in Sweden, 2) you are not a member of the Lutheran Church ( Church of Sweden ), 3) you marry without the consent of the Cabinet, or 4) you are elected to or succeed to a monarchy in another country without the consent of the Swedish Parliament and the King, you will lose the right to become King.
  • Originally, the king was called "King of the Swedes , Vends and Geats " (Sveriges, Göters och Venders konung), but during the reign of the current king, Carl
  • Coronation ceremonies have been held at Uppsala Cathedral (Uppsala domkyrka) and Stockholm Cathedral (Storkyrkan) for generations, but since the coronation of Oscar II in 1872, no coronation ceremonies have been held since.
  • If you look at the list of past kings, you can see that the titles of kings using the names 'Karl' and 'Erik' do not start from the first generation. This is because Eric Because Erik 6-13 years old,[13] For convenience, the terms Karl VII and Karl VIII are simply calculated backwards from Eric XIV and Karl IX, and were not referred to as such during their lifetime. The historical record presents Magog , the grandson of Noah and the son of Japheth , who ascended to the throne in 2216 BC, as the first king. Since the authenticity of this story is questionable to anyone, naturally, in modern times, the Swedish royal family does not present such a royal history and views Erik VI as the first king. However, since they are their successors, the tax revenue itself continues as is.

This range is so wide that even Carl XVI Gustaf himself is in the 300th place in the line of succession.[12] About 5,000 to 6,000 people.[13] Eric and Eric, the contenders for the throne, are excluded, and Eric of Pomerania, the king of the Kalmar Union, is considered Eric XIII of Sweden.[14] In the Ynglinga saga , part of Norse mythology, Odin is said to be the founder of the Swedish royal family. It can be said to be a legend similar to the content of Japanese mythology in which the direct descendants of the goddess Amaterasu became the Japanese imperial family . However, the current dynasty is a dynasty established by a French general who was a subordinate of Napoleon, who has nothing to do with this myth . Rather, Harald I Harpagri of Norway is said to be a descendant of the Wingling Dynasty. #[15] A legendary Viking king who is said to have been the king of Sweden and Denmark. Erik Segersel (Erik the Victorious), the first historically confirmed king of Sweden, is said to be a descendant of one of his sons, Bjǫrn Járnsíða.
