It is the royal family of Tonga .
2. history
Tuʻi Kanokupolu, one of Tonga's tribal chiefs[1] wish from After Taupa Hau, born in 1797, succeeded his father, who was Tuikano Kupolu, the present-day Kingdom of Tonga was established, politically uniting the various regions of Tonga. Before that, it was nothing more than a confederation of tribal chieftains under Tu'iTonga, who was more of a religious leader.
Taupahau accepted and converted to the Methodist faith, becoming the de facto state religion. Afterwards, the name was transliterated as Xiaoxi, after King George III of England.
The current king, Tupou VI, is the great-grandson of Taupahau 's great-grandson, Siaosi Tupou II .

[1] tui is a word that refers to the chief. Even today there are several noble families that start with tui.[2] the honorable. Because of the maternal line of royalty, they cannot receive a prince or princess.[3] In 1980, she married a commoner and was stripped of her royal title.[4] She is the daughter of the 7th Lord Pakapauna.
