King of Sweden and Norway .
He was the maternal grandfather of King Christian X of Denmark and King Haakon VII of Norway .
2. career
Born as the first and eldest son of four sons and one daughter between Oscar I and Jose Pin . Unlike his grandfather Carl 14 years old John or his father, he was born in Sweden since his birth .
