[1] Under Ukrainian law, the president cannot hold a political party membership.[2] However, if a bill passes with a two-thirds majority in the Ukrainian Supreme Rada, it cannot be vetoed.[3] The president of Ukraine is legally barred from holding a party affiliation. Therefore, the following political parties are affiliated at the time of the election or immediately before the election.[4] Unlike Russia , Ukraine does not count presidents, so instead of becoming the second or third president, Ukraine becomes the second president.[5]
