[1] In February 1426, a great fire broke out in Hanyang. King Sejong thought about effective fire management policies, and as a result, he created Geumhwadogam, a fire prevention facility, and after five years of preparation, Geumhwa-gun, a practical fire brigade, was born.[2] Afterwards, the Virgin Mary appeared on the 13th of every month until October of the same year.
