1907 It is the world's largest Boy Scout Federation, established in July 1922 as a successor to the Scout movement founded by British veteran Robert Baden-Powell.[2]

As of August 2023, it has 57 million members and 127 regional federations around the world, and has performed more than 16 million services and activities.

The countries that have not joined are still in Cuba , North Korea , Laos , Myanmar , and China , which are still in Pioneer .[4] However, Vietnam , which accepted scouts through the Eastern European or Reform Open after the collapse of the Soviet Union, has joined the Scout Federation because of Pioneer and Scout.

[1] World Scout Federation Rules[2] Girl Scouts are governed by a separate organization called the World Girl Guides and Girl Scouts Association, so they have nothing to do with the World Scout Federation.[3] French Guiana belongs to the European Regional Federation.[4] Therefore , it is one of the few international organizations that can officially use Taiwan's national flag, the Blue, White, and Red Flag .
