王嘉
(? ~ 390)

Jeon Jeon ’s master. His name is Ja-nyeon (子年). Anyang-hyeon, Nongseo-gun, Yangju.

2. career

Although his behavior was frivolous and his appearance was ugly, he had an unsightly appearance, but inside he was intelligent and bright. He was witty in his speech, made people laugh, did not eat grains, and did not wear any clothes . Wang Ga went into seclusion in a cave on Dongyanggok Hill without interacting with the people of the world, and hundreds of disciples followed him into the cave.

At the end of the Seokhu period, when the country was in chaos due to war, Wang Ga abandoned his disciples and built a hermitage on Jongnam Mountain in Chang'an and lived there in seclusion. Afterwards, Wang Ga's disciples came to Jongnam Mountain at the end of Susomun, and Wang Ga again entered Doho Mountain (倒虎山) to avoid his disciples. After the fall of the Later Dynasty, King Bugyeon of Jeonjin, who had calmed the chaos in Gangbuk, called for the royal family of Nucha, but the royal family did not respond to his call at all.

In November of the 20th year of Jianyuan (384), Cheonwang Bugyeon suffered a crushing defeat in the Battle of Bisu and the frontier was divided. At this time, when the royal family entered Jangsanseong Fortress, about 40,000 people defected, thinking that heaven would help them and a saint would follow them. Fu Gyeon had the royal family and the monk Seok Do -an stay in the outer hall. The royal family was famous for its ability to predict events that had not yet occurred at the time, so the Duke and Duchess of Jin Jin personally visited his residence and asked for advice.

In April of the first year of Hayao (386), the commander of the Later Jin Dynasty who occupied Chang'an was well aware of the reputation of the Wang family, so he treated him with respect as if he were the vice-dog of Emperor Xuan Shao, and persecuted the Wang family to follow him. The head of the village asked for advice even in everyday matters. When Liaojang was defeated several times in battle with Goje Budeung , one day he asked Wang Ga.
“Will I be able to kill Bu-deung and bring peace to the world?”
Wanga answered.
“You can get some.”
The mayor got angry and said:
“If you can get it, you can get it. How can there be just a little bit!”
He then dragged Wang Ga out and beheaded him along with his two disciples. After hearing the news of the death of the royal family, Goje Budeung set up an altar and mourned by wailing. He was posthumously awarded the title of Taesa, and was given the posthumous title of 'Moon (文)'. Among the books he left behind during his lifetime are 10 volumes of 《 Supyugi 》.

On the day the Wang family died, people say they saw the Wang family on the hill, and it is said that Yojang sent people to the Nongwu area and saw the Wang family and two disciples there. The chief heard this and was surprised to open the lid of the royal family's coffin and confirm that there was no body, only bamboo jang.

After Liao Jang's death, his son Liao Heung ascended to the throne, murdered Goje Budeung, and pacified Jinjeon. What Wang Ga said, “I will gain a little (略得之),” actually meant “Lyok (略) will gain (得),” and Ryu referred to Jaryak (子略), the son of Liaoheung.
