Formed in 1995 in Copenhagen , Denmark, they are an alternative rock band that pursues a unique sound that combines progressive rock and post-rock with the addition of dream pop . The studio album released in 2003, Frengers , is generally the most highly regarded, but the two albums that followed are also highly regarded for their different styles. Although they are musically excellent enough to be mentioned as one of the most underrated bands, they are not well known in Korea, including globally, but long-time fans still have great expectations and support for Jonas Vierre's various musical activities and visual artist activities even after leaving the band.

A sound that mixes progressive rock with indie guitar pop, and some songs include shoegaze.[3] , Ina Arena Rock[4] , even synth-pop sounds are added and Jonas Wierre's quite beautiful and dreamy vocals are mixed together to create very unique and characteristic music.

Lead vocalist Jonas Viere has a high voice, reaching up to 3 octaves of par#~sol .[5] Together with Coldplay bassist Guy Berryman, A-ha 's Magne Furuholmen, and producer Martin Frehe, he formed a group called Aparatique and released two albums.

The title of the 5th album is No More Stories Are Told Today, I'm Sorry They Washed Away // No More Stories, The World Is Grey, I'm Tired, Let's Wash Away. It is often called No More Stories for short.

On April 24, 2015, they released their 6th album (4th major album) in 6 years. The title is + -. I visited Korea once again with Penta. Due to the wide gap between albums and the departure of guitarist Beau Massen, many people expected that it would take a long time until the next album was released, but in early 2017, it was announced that a new album, Visuals, would be released in April along with a new single.

Jonas Viere was in charge of the music for the movie Hana Korea, which was released in 2025 and released in Korea on July 8, 2026 . Actor Kim Min- ha plays the lead role and Frédéric Schombert directs the film, which depicts the isolation, discrimination, and difficult adaptation process of a person who is treated as an outsider after entering a completely different world and the unique environment that is difficult to find in the world, such as the division of North and South Korea and North Korean defectors. Vocalist Kim Yeo-hee was in charge of the Korean part of the main theme song, ‘ Hike To The Sun’ . It appears that the release of the soundtrack has not yet been confirmed. #
